Employee Uniforms Requests: Below, you will find the information necessary to order uniforms, shirts, hats, belts, etc. Please use the Available Items list below to help select your items. Please use the Sizing section when placing your order. Orders received that require Sizing, Name or Title information will not be processed without that information. Benefit Eligibility: Uniforms are provided on a points based system where each item has a point value. The maximum number of points that can be spent per year per employee is based on your employment status and department: Full Time Employees: 25.0 Points per Year (renews 7/1 each year) Per Diem Employees: 12.5 Points per Year (renews 7/1 each year) Directions: Please find your item below, determine sizing and then submit your order online in the form found at the bottom of this page.
